Privacy policy

1. Scope

This template applies to the pelin.az presentation site. A separate and more detailed privacy policy must be prepared for the mobile app.

2. Data collected by the site

The site has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party widgets. It does not ask visitors to submit personal data.

3. Hosting logs

A static hosting provider may create standard server logs such as IP address, timestamp, and requested file for security, availability, and diagnostics. Retention and legal basis must be confirmed in hosting settings.

4. Language choice

Strictly necessary local storage could be used in the future to remember language choice. The current version uses neither localStorage nor cookies.

5. External links

App Store, Google Play, and social links may lead to external sites governed by their own privacy practices.

6. Mobile app data

How phone numbers, addresses, orders, and payment data are handled in the app must be explained in a separate policy before launch.

7. Contact and changes

A confirmed privacy contact must be added before publication, and the effective date must be updated when this policy changes.
